Who would know butternut can taste that good? He acquired his culinary skills at Zetech University, and today Victor has over 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry as a Chef and other culinary related areas. He has had a privilege of working in a couple of the best hotels including Indian Ocean Beach Resort, The Heaven Boutique Hotel in Kigali, The Lord Errol Gourmet in Nairobi and currently he is the executive senior sous Chef at Windsor Hotel Nairobi.
